The flat was completely refurbished in 2010 to luxury standard. A loft conversion provides a large double room with ensuite WC and wash hand basin. It also includes an external balcony with a sweeping view of the mountain range.
All amenities are very close by the flat. Particularly convenient is the mini-market on the ground floor.
Within 100m of the flat is a Chemist, Baker, Post Office, Chinese Carry-Out, Bank, Library and Golf Club to name but a few.
