Where are we? Arran is a small island off the west coast of central Scotland within easy travelling distance of Glasgow.

Two ferries carry vehicles and passengers to Arran. The main route is from Ardrossan to Brodick and takes around one hour. The other route is shorter and is serviced by a small car ferry from the Kintyre Peninsula to Lochranza in the north of the island.

From the Brodick ferry terminal turn right and you will find the beach front flat 700m along Main St above the mini-market. So perfect is traveling on foot. There's also a large free car park just behind the flat.
